NSSHA TO CONTINUE REGISTERING SABINO HORSES

The NSSHA will continue to register Sabino Horses, indefinitely. The Association is committed to making registration available for all horses that qualify by color and gait. Once your $50 Annual Family Membership fee is paid, any horse qualifying by color and gait can be registered for the very low fee of $30.00, regardless of age.

NSSHA Amateur Committee to Hold Silent Auction
at 2008 Spring Show

The NSSHA Amateur Committee will hold a Silent Auction at the upcoming Spring Show on May 16 & 17, 2008. They are asking for the donation of items for the Silent Auction. If you have items to donate, please contact the NSSHA Office at 615-890-2864, or email
nssha898@aol.com or contact Jamie Bailey, Shirley Hayes or Lee Wilson.

Funds derived from the Silent Auction are used to sponsor classes throughout the Season, and are used also in the presentation of the Committee's Annual Show.

NEW POLICY ON OUTSTANDING DEBTS

All advertising debts (Journal & Calendar) and Class Sponsorship Debts are Due within 30 Days of Billing, with a late fee of $20.00 added on the 31st Day, and $20 on every 31st day thereafter, until paid. After 60 Days of non-payment, the individual or business will be added to the Bad Debt list, which is published, and also, which will appear on our web site.

Corporate Sponsorships must pay half of the fee by July 31, and the remaining Balance by Sept. 1. Non-payment by the required date will result in being barred from association events, until payment is received.

CORPORATE SPONSORS BEING SOUGHT

The NSSHA is continuing to seek Corporate Sponsors for 2008. Many of you have already been contacted, several have committed alreadly. We urge everyone to renew their sponsorship now, and to assist the Association is securing sponsorships from others. The Sponsorships are used to promote the activities of the Association, with the majority of the funds being used for the Spring & Championship Shows.

A very generous Advertising Package is offered to both Owner/Members & Businesses, as well. For complete details, or for Corporate Sponsorship Information Packages, please contact the office. If any individual secures two or more new Corporate Sponsors, that person will receive an Advertising Award of Excellence at the Annual Awards Banquet, held in Jan. We are asking for your assistance in this area of Fund Raising.

We are happy to announce that we will soon be making available, Advertising on the NSSHA Web Site. We are in the process of Upgrading our Web Site, with new photos, new information, easier use of the site, and Advertising, including use of a Photo. Please contact the office for details, and cost. We will be offering advertisement by the month, as well as by the year. (The free links, previously offered to members are going to be discontinued )

NSSHA PRESENTS NATRC AWARD

The NSSHA sponsored the NSSHA NATRC Trail Riding Award, which was presented to Alen's Pretty Boy Floyd, & Owner Lori Lee Williams. The Award was presented, on behalf of NSSHA, at the Annual NATRC Convention, recently. Congratulations to Mrs. Williams on her achievement.
